Lynn is committed to marrying cutting-edge technology with uncompromising standards in compliance and quality. He is adept at aligning operations, processes, and resources for optimal outcomes. Noel was also a founding member of the Medtronic Hispanic Latino Network, championing diversity and inclusion.
